A) Clients Obligations

1. Staff Facilities :- A staff change cum with toilets for staff would be required at site.

2. Communication :- An internal communication network if required, to be provided for by the client.

B) General Terms & Conditions

1. Period of Contract :- The period of contract between the client and Trident Solutions should be on mutual consent.

2. Applicability of the Rates :- Rates will be revised on mutual agreement. The rates shall be revised as and when the rates are revised by the Maharashtra State government.

3. Taxes:- During the term of the contract all additional taxes coming in force would be charged to the client.

4. Change of Rates :- Rates are based on the scope of work and services offered. However in case of increases or change in scope of work the rates will be revised.

5. Termination Clause :- Either party can terminate this contract by giving one month advance notice in writing

6. Transfer :- Any staff worked with our company cannot be transferred or absorbed by your company to work at the same place for the next 6 consecutive months.

7. Non absorption of our staff :- Any staff worked with our company cannot be transferred or absorbed by your company to work at the same place for the next 6 consecutive months.
